Bio
Karom Rivera is a New York City-based cinematographer. Recently, he has been cinematographer on shorts such as In Passing and The Cabin. Karom’s skillset is bolstered by his experience as a lighting technician on network television shows including The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and FBI: Most Wanted. With a foundation in the lighting department, an eye for color, and innovative lighting techniques, Karom works to create aesthetically pleasing, engaging, cinematic imagery.
Recently
Karom was a lighting technician on the HBO miniseries Full Circle, which wrapped in February. Since then, Karom has shot and been Director of Photography on 5 narrative shorts. He is actively looking to pivot to full-time cinematography work.
Community
